  • II. ACT 114 – FBI Report and fingerprinting

    Cost: $22.60
    • This registration process is necessary to complete first as it will produce a registration ID # for you that then allows for fingerprinting to take place. Please submit this form to your HR Dept. – once your fingerprinting has cleared, HR will be able to access results on-line with the ID #. Cost: $22.60 – payment is paid at the fingerprinting location – not online.

  • III. ACT 151 – Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance

    • Child Welfare Portal
    • Click on “Create Individual Account”- read the information then click on “NEXT”
    • Create a Keystone ID- and complete all required information, click on “FINISH”
    • Check email for temporary password
    • Access website again
    • ‘Individual login’
    • ‘Access My Clearances’- ‘Continue’
    • User Name: enter your Keystone ID
    • Required to reset password (Write down password)
    • Go back into site and enter Keystone ID and Password you just entered
    • Read Terms and Conditions and check circle: I have read, fully understand and agree to my child welfare account terms and conditions-enter next, continue
    • Read Instructions and Create application account
    • Application Purpose: School Employee Not Governed by
  • Public School Code

    • Cost: $13.00
    • Once the application has been processed, you will receive notification via email to log in to your account and view the outcome/result of the application. Clearance can take up to 14 days.
    • Print the results and provide to Chief Financial Officer
