CANCELLATION POLICY We are committed to operating the 2021 camp season for you and your family. However, during this time of uncertainty, we would like to provide you some comfort, and flexibility, when enrolling in Camp Upland for 2021.
If Camp Upland Cancels: you will receive a full refund for impacted weeks.
If you'd like to change the weeks your child is registered, contact
lgallagher@uplandcds.org to make those changes with no penalty charge. We request that you make those changes at least two weeks in advance and any changes are subject to availability in the affected weeks.
If you cancel: If you enroll in camp and your plans change, or you have concerns about your child attending camp this summer, you can receive a refund for camp tuition paid as follows:
May 1st (on or before): Cancel by May 1st, 2021 will receive a full refund less an administrative fee of $50 per child.
May 2nd - June 1st: Cancel by June 1st to receive a refund for 75% of tuition paid.
After June 1st: Cancel after June 1st and more than two weeks prior to the affected camp weeks to receive a refund for 25% of tuition paid.
No refunds will be offered for 'no shows' or cancellations within two weeks of the affected camp weeks.
Cancellations due to sickness: If your child falls ill prior to camp or is deemed a close contact in regards to COVID-19, we kindly request you refrain from sending your child to camp and contact
lgallagher@uplandcds.org immediately. We'd be happy to discuss adjusting which weeks they attend or a partial refund (less the administrative fee). Please see our COVID-19 policy page for more details on our health and safety protocols.
